Teresa Giudice, star of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, known for being a competitve body builder and writing several books, has had her share of legal troubles. In 2013, she and her husband Joe Giudice were charged with multiple counts of fraud, including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, loan fraud, and bankruptcy fraud. They were accused of exaggerating their income while applying for loans before their show, as well as hiding their assets in a bankruptcy filing. In 2014, Teresa plead guilty to several of the charges and served 11 months in prison, while Joe was sentenced to 41 months in prison.
